Driver requirements:

Hirer needs to have held a driver's licence for a minimum of 2 years

• Aged between 23– 70
• Driver's aged between 23-25 will incur a young driver's daily surcharge
• No more than 6 penalty points under 5 years and no bans under 10 years
• No more than 1 accident within the last 3 years
•  
• All UK licence holders must go on to the DVLA website within 21 days of your reservation and create a share code or produce their national insurance number., along with their driving licence and  2 x proofs of address RECEIVED WITHIN THE LAST 8 WEEKS.

All foreign licence holders must produce their driver's licence, passport and return confirmation (flight number) or if you have UK residence you will need 2 Utility Bills or 2 pieces of correspondence dated within the last 2 months

Refund Policy

Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
If a reservation is cancelled 24 hours or less from your specified pick up time the full amount of the booking will be charged. 
If you prepaid your booking and you cancel 5 days or more before your specified pick up time you will receive a full refund of the total amount.
If you have prepaid and cancel your booking less than 5 days before your specified pick up time we will refund the full amount of the booking and charge a cancellation fee of £50. If you have not prepaid a cancelation fee of £50 will be charged to the card the vehicle is booked with. If the total amount is less than the cancellation fee no refund will be given.

Will I be charged if I don't show up for my reservation?
If you prepaid for your booking and you do not cancel your booking before your specified pick up time no refund will be given.
If you have not prepaid for your booking and do not cancel the full amount of the booking will be charged to the card the vehicle is booked with. 

Will my rate change if I modify my reservation?
Possibly - Rental rates can change on a daily basis so changing the dates or number of days may change the daily rate.
